Last updated: 24 October 2026
1. About this policy
This page is a draft privacy-policy framework for SalonX. Before publication, SalonX must identify the legal person or business operating the service and provide accurate contact details.
2. Information we may process
Depending on the features you use, SalonX may process account and contact details, salon and service information, appointment and transaction-related information, and technical or diagnostic information. The operator must update this section to list the exact data collected by the released app, SDKs and backend.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to provide and secure the service, manage accounts and bookings, support users, troubleshoot issues and meet legal obligations. Any additional uses must be disclosed accurately before this policy is published.
4. Sharing and service providers
Identify the actual hosting, database, authentication, analytics, messaging, payment and other providers that receive personal data, and explain why information is shared with them. Do not publish this section until the current technical implementation has been reviewed.
5. Retention, security and deletion
Describe actual retention periods or the criteria used to determine them, the safeguards in place, and the steps users can take to request account or data deletion. Do not promise a deletion process or security control unless it is implemented and tested.
6. Children and sensitive information
Describe the intended audience and any applicable restrictions based on the actual product. Do not collect sensitive information unless there is a clear, lawful and appropriately protected need.
7. Changes and contact
This policy should be updated when the app, data practices or service providers change. Before publishing, replace this draft with a reviewed policy and provide a monitored privacy contact address.
